Shipping policy
Once you place your order, it is promptly sent to our shipping team for processing. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order's journey.
We use trusted shipping providers like Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and local couriers in your region.
Processing Time:
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping Delivery Times:
- United Kingdom: 3-7 days
We ship from warehouses in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. If an item is out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, it will be shipped from Hong Kong, which may add 2-4 business days to the delivery time.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you don’t receive tracking details within 2 days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@earthflow.co with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your package, contact us at info@earthflow.co. Your order may have been split into multiple shipments. If we determine there was an error, we’ll send the missing items using express international shipping to correct the issue.
